treatment-now.com have taken steps to ensure that we provide you with services of the the highest possible quality at this particularly difficult time. So, in addition to the fact that all of our services are overseen by our own experienced Consultant Psychiatrist we have taken further steps (as outlined below) to guarantee the quality of our services to you.

2. British Standards Institute: We are registered with BSI and have been awarded the prestigious ISO9001 Quality Standard

3. European Association for the Treatment of Addiction (UK): treatment-now.com are members of this the umbrella organisation for the independent drug and alcohol treatment and aftercare sector.

4. Data Protection: We operate under the principles and requirements of the Data Protection Act

To further ensure you receive a quality service we can assure you of the following:

1. All of our Care Managers are exceptionally well qualified and registered with the relevant professional organisations where appropriate and all of our staff have been checked with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB).

2. We have contracts and written agreements with all of the providers of treatment we work with and we review these annually

3. We only work with treatment clinics and providers that are registered appropriately and can ensure quality services (e.g. In the UK Commission for Social Care Inspection or the Healthcare Commission)

4. We visit and assess all in-patient services to ensure their services are of the required high standards

5. We have excellent personal relationships with all of our preferred residential treatment providers

6. Our Quality Manual is annually inspected and reviewed by the British Standards Institute (BSI) to ensure our commitment to and maintenance of quality services

7. We have a comprehensive Complaints and Feedback procedure to ensure we respond to all comments and feedback received

8. Our Care Management service is provided in-line with national guidance provided by the NHS and more specifically the National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse (NTA) and contained in Models of Care (the National Service Frameworks for the treatment of Drug and Alcohol Misuse).

9. All Individual Therapists we work with in the UK are accredited members of either UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) or the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
