What should I do next?
Taking the next steps
The best way to determine what your needs are, is for a qualified and experienced professional to carry out an assessment with you, whether this is over the phone or in person. Our goal is to give you honest, clear and accessible feedback and information about drug and alcohol addiction, psychological and psychiatric treatment issues. We will deal with all of your questions and concerns in a friendly, discreet manner and we can assure you of complete confidentiality.
Here you can contact treatment-now.com
You will speak to one of our exceptional, highly trained and experienced clinical staff. They will start to take some basic details in order to ascertain who you are, where you are and what it is you are looking for or need.
We will then decide together with you how best to proceed.
Your assessment
Should it be decided that a telephone assessment would be sufficient for your needs (and in our experience it usually is) then the process will take approximately 40 minutes. We can deal with that either immediately or call you back at a time to suit you.
Should a face to face assessment be the chosen course we can either provide you with an appointment to come in to our offices in the UK or we can arrange a home visit (call us to enquire about availability).
Following these assessments a decision will be made with you about the type of treatment most suited to you. We will of course support you and provide the best advice you need relying on our years of experience in the Drug and Alcohol Addiction, Eating Disorder and Mental Health fields.
Referral
A referral can then be made. This will be made having discussed various treatment options with you. We will provide you with very clear information on all of the treatment options we discuss with you, including price, philosophy of treatment and programme type and duration, whether this be Residential Treatment (Residential Rehab) or Outpatient (Day Care) treatment.
We have access to Residential Rehab in the UK, Europe, South Africa and the USA (and some other locations around the world) and often access to a wider choice of treatment such as Day Care, 1 to 1 therapy and aftercare.
The whole process from initial phone call to referral being made can take as little as one hour.
